Does anyone know how to make that sweet milk that they put on snow cones?
In queens or wherever, they have these carts with people who sell snow cones, or piraguas as some people call them. They have this sweet milk that they can give you, and i'm dying to know how to make it.

I think it's made with condensed and evaporated milk, but don't know exactly how... you should be able to find it at the store... more than likely at a small hispanic market, or bodega... ask for sirop de piraguas... or snow cone syrup
I never had Nor heard of it but I imagine if it's sweet milk that they just put sugar in the milk to make it sweet..
