What do I do with these banana peppers?

I have eight mild banana peppers. What is the yummiest thing I can do with them?


Answers:
Cut in half length-wise, remove seeds, blanch the peppers. Drain...stuff them with hot sausage, top with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle shredded mozz cheese on them and bake in oven.

Ha ha, you answered your own question!

wash peppers to remove any contamination. next, slice and remove seeds, discard seeds. next ,wash and slice into 4 pieces
in a jar of a mixture of 1/3 vinegar 2/3 water add 1/4 sugar.
add salt and pepper to taste. let set in fridge till chilled. may be cut and sliced in salads or garnishes or even enjoyed snacking on.
***i have also added some of the washed seeds to the jar for added flavor.

chop them up and add some diced tomatoes, diced onion, diced garlic, salt and lime juice. Get some chips and enjoy yours salsa!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 loaf unsliced French bread, halved lengthwise
3 slices deli ham
3 slices provolone cheese
1/2 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1 banana peppers, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce

DIRECTIONS
Spread cream cheese on bottom half of bread. Layer with the ham, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes if desired, onion, peppers and lettuce. Replace top. Cut into 1-1/2-in. slices
