Anyone have a really good recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip?
Answers:
2-3 chicken breast
2 packs of philadelphia cream cheese
1 bottle of ranch dressing
1/4-1/2 cup of tabasco sauce
a bag of shredder cheddar cheese
cut chicken into small bite-size pieces and cook in a small sauce pan season with a little salt and pepper
while chicken is cooking in a oven safe bowl soften cream cheese I usually put it in the microwave for a few seconds
combine chicken, ranch dressing and tabasco sauce in with cream cheese sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for about 20 min or until cheddar is bubbling.. serve with chips, celery sticks or baby carrots.
shortcut tip when I make it for my children and I, I use the microwave instead of the oven it taste the same just the consistency is different..
