Check the Yellow Pages for the local ethnic markets, Hispanic store will have either the white, yellow or purple corn they use for soups or for cooking and the drink they make like Horchata.
Also check out places like Cambridge, I found some African food store there, and the net will help you also. I worked for Baystate Seafoods, Canadian operation back in 1985 and was there a couple of times.
It might be in individual bags or a place may carry it in bulk form.

i loooove peruvian corn! i live in las vegas and have not been able to find it here either...so if anyone reads this question and knows where i could find it in vegas, please let me know!
