well to make the one from starbucks you do the following:Ingredients
1/2 c Fresh espresso 1 ts Pectin *
1/2 c 2% Milk For mocha variety
1/4 c Granulated sugar 1/16 ts Cocoa powder
Directions
Combine all of the ingredeints in a pitcher or covered container. Stir or shake until sugar is desolved. Chill and serve cold. Makes 24 ounces For Mocha variety: add a pinch (1/16 tsp of cocoa) powder to the mixture before combining source
Another Recipe that i personally like is:
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon granulated sugar, plus
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/3 cup strong coffee
1 1/2 cup ice varies to taste
1. in a blender, combine everything but the ice, and blend until sugar has dissolved.
2.add ice and blend until smooth (sometimes you will need a bit more ice).

A similar taste is mix brewed coffee with skim milk and sugar to taste,throw it in a blender with some crushed ice. Top with whipped cream.
Frappachino
8-10 Frozen Coffee Cubes (use left over coffee and freeze overnight in ice cube trays)
4 T. Hershey chocolate powder (sweetened)
2 oz. half and half
2 shots of espresso or coffee
Blend until consistency of a thick milkshake.
Serve with real whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
