What are some affordable, healthy (tastey) snacks?!


Question:

What are some affordable, healthy (tastey) snacks?

I know gingersnaps are healthy and tastey... and those little Jello puddings have zero fat calories... Yoplait Light yogurts... what else is there? Something you can get at any grocery store? Thanks a lot.

100 calorie packs of various cookies or crackers and lets face it, if you're considering Ginger Snaps healthy these would count also.
lean deli meats such as turkey or chicken

A piece of dark chocolate a day can prevent heart problems.

Low fat graham crackers
pretzels
pretzel flats
fat free crackers with low fat cheese
melba toasts
sugar free pops

You can buy the 100 calorie packs of Oreo cookies or Chips Ahoy. They also have the 100 calorie packs of other snacks that are healthy. Theres also fruit cups too.

pork skins and beer.

popcorn w/o butter, veggies vcut up, dried apple slices or any fruit really, 1/2 cup of cereal with skim milk, frozen berries, and those round icecream sandwixhes that are low call. I forget their name. cu them in half

Snackwell cookies. Or any Snackwell products. Either low sugar or no sugar and the taste is comparable to regular products with sugar.

Raw fruit and veggies make good snacks. If you want convenience buy the already sliced carrots, or apples. If you buy canned fruit get the kind packed in juice or light syrup.

Nuts are also good and healthy. Whole wheat crackers, like Wheat Thins with soft cream cheese, or whole wheat Ritz and natural peanut butter.

I like the Flat Earth baked fruit and veggie chips, except these are somewhat expensive. Whole wheat corn chips and salsa are good too.
