Sugar Content in Foods...?!

Question:

Sugar Content in Foods...?

I'm just curious as to why there's sugar content in so many salty products? Junk food such as chips would be a good example.

Answers:
Because sugar is used in the flavoring of the product, even though you really cant taste the sweetness when compared to the saltiness.

Because sugar is addictive.

It’s a conspiracy between the PTB, health care industry, fast food, junk food, processed foods et al to keep the general population from becoming too many by keeping you in poor health and keeping your brain from working to a higher capacity so that ‘they’ can keep you under their control.
Sounds really far-fetched, huh?
What if it were true?
lol!
