Nuts and banana chips in your bran muffins are better than viagra.
If I were you, I would go buy a box of Milled Flaxseed..(its where the flour and other mixes are.) It has a wonderful recipe on the side of the box for health bran with flaxseed muffins. Also, if she needs a bit of ..help..Buy some Cascarada herbs..They are cheap and all natural and will help beautifully..You can get them at Wal Mart or pretty much anywhere.
Fanny farmers is my favorite with raisins and sometimes with apples. Buy the book, the cornbread is wonderful as well.
