Help!!! Confused?!

Question:

Help!!! Confused?

I HATE how americans handle the meat industry and all the poor little animals but I don't know if I Should just each organic and local or go total veggie?

Answers:
Try it in stages. Go with the local stuff first, slowly eliminate red meat, then pork, then poultry, then fish, then shellfish, and see how you feel. Going total veggie is hard if you are a die hard meat eater, so do whatever your body and mind tell you too. I had to go cold turkey due to food allergies, but I would have loved the option of doing it gradually. Good luck, whichever you decide!

Go veggie,at least you will be abled to recognize the taste of your food. The organic food is expensive and the taste may not agree with you.

Go veg...for your health too.

Stop eating and then you can be introduced as a meat form in the united states. The animals will no longer have to worry.

Well it is good to eat a little meat. If you didn't the animals would overpopulate!! But it is good to eat veggies. So stay right in the middle!!

go to a local organic farmer and see how he raises his animals.

go veggie you wont regret it

Try going veggie and get organic dairy products and local eggs (lots of people keeps hens as a hobby, just ask around). If you get to craving meat terribly, then indulge in something organic or locally grown. You may find that you don't even miss it though. Vegetarian! :-) There are many alternatives! goveg.com or "A Teen's Guide To Going Vegetarian" book.
