Question:

Is this all a lot to eat if you're trying to lose or maintain you're weight?

watermelon, two bowls of special k red berries.. one w/ skim milk & one without, an apple, non fat yogurt, oatmeal w/ cinnamon, a pear, and a small salad w/ two small peices of grilled chicken w/ vinigrette dressing.

i did a little bit of exercising, not much.
do you think i will gain weight from this? Was it all healthy?

You might want to try a bran muffin with that. Just sayin.

You really should have some fiber with that, may I suggest Bran Muffins.

even if you eat healthy, you can't overeat because that basically makes your "healthy food choices" completely pointless. it's important to only eat when you're hungry and not overconsume, no matter what the calorie content is


also, eat a brun muffin

Sounds healthy to me!
