Great nachos...?

I am looking how to make Chili's Classic Nachos. Basically what I really need is how they make the nacho on the bottom...its flat and crunchy and oh so good. Anyone know?

They might just deep fry a big flour tortilla, and put that on the bottom instead of chips.

Do they flaten the batter?
