What is a new type of food I should try?!

Question:

What is a new type of food I should try?

I'm very open to cuisine from different cultures, and I want to try a new dish. Is there something completely out-there and delicious?

Answers:
indian: shahi korma (they say it's a curry, but i don't find it as "pungent" or thick)

japanese: hibachi, chicken teriyakki, tonkatsu, shrimp temupra roll, spicy tuna roll, unagi roll

greek: gyros (i prefer chicken over lamb- that tsaziski [sp] sauce is sOo good!)

korean: bibim-bap, galbi

filipino: adobo, lumpia

A lot of people are afraid of sushi ("OMG raw fish?!"), but it's really quite lovely.

Thai food is good.

raw food-the best for you and everything it total raw, uncooked, unpasteurized, and no chemicals. I'm NOT talking about 100 different variations of salad. I'm talking about gourmet, delicious, vibrant food. Food that make you feel light and energized. A good restruant is Juliano's Raw Restruant

Sushi, it's delish! And I love baby octopus with jalapenos, cilantro, lime and wasabe paste.
