Answers:

soy sauce

ONE WORD: AJINAMOTO ALSO KNOWN AS A TASTE ENHANCER. THATS WHY ALL OF THE WORLD IS ADDICTED TO THE TASTE. NORMALLY CHINESE IS BLAND BUT DUE TO AJINAMOTO, THE TASTE IS AWESOME. NOT VERY GOOD FOR HEALTH THOUGH.

WE HERE IN INDIA HAVE BANNED THE USE OF IT EVERYWHERE.

Trust me. The MSG.
The soy sauce, which has MSG in it/whatever other sauces they put in.
The high oil and salt content which stimulates your taste buds but is hell on your kidneys.

MSG is a chemical which makes your brain think 'ohmg this is so tasty!'. I haven't tried but I heard it can make dirt taste good.

It is sooo good, isn't it?

Fried food, mixing vegatables, meat and noodles/rice, soy/teriyaki sauce, yyyyuuuuuummmm!!!!

The recipe and lots of varieties. Also bcos you are not Chinese so you probably eat western food all the time. For me I like Chinese food and Korean food.

Just like fast food, Chinese take out keeps you hooked because of its ease, taste, and usually inexpensive price.
