1. Grilled chicken
2. Grilled Pineapple (large pieces)
3. Carmelized Onions (saute onions and salt in oil)
4. Rice and veggies side dish

MMMMmmmmmmm

You could cook your rice using the veg stock (assuming you are referring to broth) then combine it with some cooked chicken and the frozen veggies. Put it all in a casserole dish and top it with cheese if you have it. Bake it at 350 or until the cheese is melted.

You could also make mock-fried chicken using cornflakes (crushed) and egg. Dip the chicken in beaten egg (and milk if you have it) then roll in the crushed cormflakes (add some seasoning to cornflakes) Then bake at 350 for about 40-50 minutes. Use frozen veggies as side.

Cook some chicken. Debone and shred. Cook rice. Viola! Chicken and rice, add a little corn in the mixture, put some fresh cut onion on top. Pretty quick and easy, filling too.

cook up some rice....... follow whatever amounts to cook it. Add some veggies. peas, ect. season the rice with some salt. pinch of pepper.

slice up some onions, slice some beef (hopefully you have something tender. season the beef with some spices. hopefully you have some cumin, black pepper, garlic either powder or fresh. if its fresh chop finely. if you have some soy sauce drizzle some over the beef and let stand for a few min.

in a hot pan put some oil enough to lightly coat the pan and start cooking the slices of beef.. once you have turned the beef over atleast once add the onions and cover....... reduce the heat so it simmers. if it looks a little dry just add about a quarter cup to half a cup of water........ taste to check salt level. if needed add some soy or salt. cook until beef is cooked through and tender.

Fried peanutbutter, shrimp and banana sandmuches'.

Thang ya very much...........

Spaggeti(sorry for spelling errors),garlic bread, green beans, and for desert ginger cookies. MMMM..................

If you don't have any meat, go buy some, either chicken or beef and make some stir fry. Cook your rice according to the directions and fry the meat in your oil, adding your spices and or sauces accordingly. Ginger, onions and garlic are great in stir fry.

Your fruits can be used in a fruit salad.

You can make a macaroni salad with whatever pasta you have, add the tuna, assuming it's canned, and hard boil some eggs cut them up and add them. The Garlic and Onions can go in with that as well. If you have any Miracle Whip or salad dressing, is what I use, add some of that in, tablespoon or so. Celery is good in macaroni salad also, though your peas could work.

You can use your breakfast cereals and make a version of rice krispie treats. Melt butter and Marshmellows together accordingly, and then add your cereal and let it set....marshmellow treats!

Your milk and bread and eggs can make great french toast. Dip the bread in eggs, add a little milk to make the eggs go farther, and fry.

As for the brown sugar....I'm out of ideas.

Have fun cooking!

maybe a tuna pasta bake... saute some onion and garlic, mix with tuna, cooked pasta some defrosted veggies, some herbs or curry depending on the flavour you want... would be better with a tin of tomatos but otherwise pile on some cheese and bake until golden... if you have no tomato and can't get any, maybe a little squirt of tomato sauce stirred through. if you mix an egg through it will hold together better too.

hope this helps : )

Bowl of cereal!

Fried rice and fruit salad.
