Answers:
Since we humans evolved from the sea, the salt in our blood is derived from sea salt. As long as there are no pollutants in the sea salt (which any reliable brand should not have), then it should be find to eat. Sea salt and Kosher salt are very similar. Sea salt is iodized naturally. Our bodies need iodine for our thyroids. Professional chefs use Kosher or Sea Salt all the time.

On another note, if you're using salt in an aquarium, don't use iodized salt....it will kill the fish.

All salt is from the sea

Table salt is NaCl.

Which is Sodium Chloride.

A Gas, and a metal I believe.

So chemicals basically.

I personally prefer sea salt. More natural.

we eat iodized salt wich means it goes through a process with iodine wich makes it a little less safe, but not really beacause its such a little amount. so sea salt may be better but it really is a personal preference. what ever helps you sleep at night

Most table salt comes from underground mines. It is then processed and bleached.

For more info, check out the www.WindsorSalt.com,
or google salt mines and check out the info that comes up.

Maybe google how sea salt is processed. That might help you feel better about the choices you are eating.

Hope that helps.

more of 15 tipology of sodium are available all over:

There is a chemical table, but basically common for cooking there are three:

1) Sea sodium (2NaOH)

2) Chemical salt

2) Stone salt

Salt RDA is 2400mg, over this, it is dangerous to heart.

Salt lies in veins underground at an old seabed. All salt came from the sea at one time or another. And are you high or what? Your paragraph, if ya want to call it that, makes little sense.
