Whats a good 2500 calorie diet?
I seem to be clueless on this one. What should i be eating everyday to be healthy and feel nourished?

salad always makes you feel healthy, you can also make a sandwhich.
just eat a burger king whopper then dont eat for the rest of the day.
This probably isn't bad for a Type I, but for a Type II looking for lower fat, replace the butter with low sugar jam, use 1% or skim milk, use fat free cheese or
a turkey luncheon meat. Notice also that the eating has been spread out across the day - this is good for hypoglycemics as well. Its also easy to plan different calorie levels by just adding more snacks
