What is the deal with David Sunflower seeds?
I got a bag recently and everything was not right. The shells were the same size but the seeds inside were MUCH smaller. Is there a problem with a sunflower seed crop somewhere? Or, is there something else going on here.

thought it was just me. I too got a bad bag the other day at the store for the ball game. Must be a bad crop.
I don't know much about the sunflower seed industry, I must admit.
It all depends on where they grow it.
maybe. if you are that worried, call the company. they probably don't know that anything is wrong, if the outside case looks the same size.
I still love me some sunflower seeds but don't you hate when its burnt but as long as I get a seed...my favorite is orignal the other ones sometimes are too salty but I also like BBQ...smiles
