I once saw a programme on the tv, what you need to do is have a rigid cold box, your watermelon and an open packet of dry ice, put the water melon into the cold box alon with the dry ice and leave for about an hour (Ithink, keep checking), then take out and serve, this also works on other fruits like grapes, oranges, plums etc. In other words it makes them fizzy...........
