1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
10 juniper berries, crushed
1 teaspoon orange rind

Grill to preference.

Sorry I am not very technical, but... put meat in a zip lock bag with soy sauce garlic powder Worcestershire sauce salt & pepper squish around and put in fridge for a few hours. grill and baste with garlic butter, or I make shish ka bobs with it. My relitives came to visit and I made this and they thought it was prime rib meat on the shish ka bobs..easy and very good.

Psssst.....if you want people to eat it say venison, deer meat could mean roadkill.....were cooking here LOL LOL

Mustard & Bourbon Marinade

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. worchestersire sauce
1/3 cup minced scallions
