Do Asians eat spaghetti with chopsticks?!
Answers:
They are called noodles and yes they do eat them with chopsticks or when they are too long, inconvenient put them in a spoon with the chopsticks.
But usually they approach the bowl of noodles very close to the mouth and lips and push the noodles with the chopsticks into the mouth.

Honestly I have never seen Asians in Asia eat spaghetti and meatballs. They have their own cuisine.
But granted those in the Western part would eat them with a spoon and fork.
