I tried these energy drinks called XS. They taste great and have flavors like rootbeer, cola and fruitpunch. They are a lot better than red bull and monster because they say they are actually good for you. Check out this site and try them out.

Most things you can drink from a can is not good for you. The exception is Coconut water, but it's dead. These drinks are scientifically designed and were not created by nature. Nature is where food/energy comes from.
