easiest recipe from my book:

1.) drive to your local grocery store
2.) find the refrigerated biscuit section
3.) pick up the Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie already-made dough.
4.) follow directions on the back.

thats the easiest and best recipe in any book.

ps. dont forget the milk.

Easy..... Buy a package of Betty Crocker CC cookie dough in the package. Instead of the oil.. add butter, add a bit of vanilla and some more chocolate chips.
Ive used this before to take to snack day, and had people ask me for the recipe.

Go out buy some Toll House choclate chips and look on back for the recipe. If not then check online you should be able to find some ideas.

You can't beat the Toll House cookie recipe on Nestle's real semi-sweet chocolate morsels! Don't over bake!

Here the recipe I use all the time. Everyone asks me for the recipe, and when I make them for my husband to bring to work to share with his co-workers they are gone in a flash.

The Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

* 1 cup margarine, softened
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line cookies sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips. With a 1 tbsp size cookie scoop, scoop balls and place 2 inches apart on parchment paper.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, the cookies will not look done, but they will be. Remove parchment paper from cookie sheet immediately after removing from oven, with cookies still on it. Allow to set before removing to a wire rack for complete cooling. This process makes for a very chewy cookie, with a slight crunch on the outside but a fudgy feeling on the inside.
