We just bought A-1 Cracked Peppercorn; usually i love peppercorn, but i found this rather sour....so not my favorite! Just plain A-1 does it for me. Sour Cream; sounds disgusting, but i love it on steak.

kc masterpiece - steakhouse is an awesome sauce. jack daniels has great marinades for steaks as well.

It has always been my opinion that if a steak is done right, it shouldn't need any sauce as that's only going to mask the flavor.

Steak doesn't need sauce, the meat provides all the flavor anyone should need. Season the steak right and it will all take care of itself.
