Sprite, coke has some **** in to cuz people can get hoked on it. Sprite will also help your digestive system and can help clean your liver ( water/lemon/lime) as a bonus. Lemon/lime juices or diluted drinks are even better.
depends what kind of mood I'm in.. if i wasnt something light, ill go for sprite.. but if i just want something, then ill go coke...... however, i drink diet tho.. SO MUCH LESS SUGAR!!!!!!!

The caffeine in Coke will help you if you have to work a double-shift more than Sprite, because Sprite has no caffeine. But Sprite is worse for your teeth than Coke, because of all of the citric acid. I used to think Coke was worse, because of its dark color; then my dentist told me that Sprite is actually worse. But Pepsi is better than Coke if you have a belly ache, because Pepsi contains pepsin which calms the stomach.
Still, I think it's best to stick with plain old water. Unless I'm eating pizza; then I prefer Barq's root-beer.
Of the two devils, sprite is the lesser evil.

Just about any clear liquid ( Sprite) is better for you than a non clear liquid ( Coke). In this case Sprite with its citrus is best.
