Question:

What am i supposed to do with the bread?

i am baking amish friendship bread.....but i and going on vacation for a week. i have the batter. where can i store the bread? will it go bad?

Answers:
wrap it tightly and store in the freezer. Good tip, Slice it before freezing then you can pull out what you need and save the rest for another time

I've never tried to store the batter, but you can bake it, wrap in a plastic bag and freeze. It lasts a long time in the freezer as long as it's tightly wrapped.
Have fun on your vacation.
May I ask WHY you decided to whip this up just before leaving for vacation? Are you planning to take some to enjoy or share? If so, just make sure you have it well wrapped. It should be fine for 3-4 days without refrigeration. Have fun.

If the bread is already baked, then store it in a freezer. When you are ready to eat it, bring the bread out a few hours before hand to thaw, then warm it up in the oven.

If you's still in dough, then you could still freeze it before baking. Just let the dough thaw, and proof it for the last step before baking.

Have a friend take care of it while you're gone-and then get a little back when you return. That's what friendship bread is all about.
