Break
Whole grain Eng. muffin, egg white omelet w/ low fat cheddar
Hot tea

Lunch
1 slice pizza with broc, carrots, onion & roasted red peppers
Fresh cherries, 1/4 cup & small piece of dark chocolate
Diet Dr. Pepper

Now - Spring water

Dinner - Don't know yet, still full.. probably something light like soup and salad

An energy drink. Yes, it is time to eat!

A Pumpkins Spice Kashi bar.

utlimate omelete buscuit and a dr pepper

beef steak in mushroom sauce... yummy..

Long John Silver's Shrimp-a-licious Meal. All for the chance of winning an iPod Nano with a scratch-and-win card. No luck this time. Better luck next meal.

Nothing yet, but i am getting ready to eat some pork roast stew.

Nuthin. A cup of tea and some water. I'm starving!

I had a toasted, buttered bagel, some BBQ chips, Orangeade Snapple and a cheese danish.

For breakfast I had cheesy scrambled eggs

Breakfast: Orange Juice, Blueberry Muffin
Lunch: Homemade Taco with nachos and cheese.

2 eggs over easy with scrapple and toast.

a banana, yogurt, an orange, a slice of bread, some crackers, and Reese's Pieces, and a handful of cereal too.

a bowl of Life cereal with skim milk, 1/4 of a slice of leftover raspberry chocolate cheesecake from Friday nights dinner at the cheesecake factory and now I am having chicken salad, with tomatoes and chips and dip
