Macaroni and Cheese.

I love it. I could eat that every night.

ummmmm i think you should cook some homemade chocolate chip cookies and idk what else but that sounds really good

Chili-mac is super-easy. Can or two of chili, cooked macaroni, maybe some spices, maybe even some mozzarella cheese on top!

Sloppy-Joes

? 1 lb ground beef
? 1 large onion, finely chopped
? 2 cups mushrooms, chopped
? 5 tomatoes, diced
? 2 Tbls all-purpose flour
? 1/2 cup water
? 1/4 cup cider vinegar
? 1/4 cup chili sauce (Heinz)
? 1/4 cup ketchup
? 8 whole-wheat hamburger buns (toasted)

Crumble beef into a large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute. Add onion and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until the vegetables are soft and the moisture has evaporated, 8-10 minutes. Add tomatoes and flour; stir to combine. Stir in water, vinegar, chili sauce and ketchup and bring to a simmer, stirring often. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened and the onion is very tender, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm on buns.

Pasta & sauce

Order in or Mac & Cheese, easiest quickest and tastiest thing to make

salad. - chicken, lettuce, feta cheese, olives

pop in a lasagna or lean cuisine or south beach diet
bacon lettuce and tomato sandwiches
grilled cheese and soup

Scratch your head and then head to the local Italian bakery and buy some frozen pasta and fresh bread.

Someone else made it and that's okay as it will likely taste yummy.

I hate to cook!

grilled cheese with cheese and bread and side of chips tomato soup or prezels
or
hot dog with oven cooked or deep fried fries and can of baked beans
or
peanut butter sandwich with prezels
or
french toast with sausage and eggs
or
toast scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage links or patties
or
pancake mix to make pancakes

There are many possibilities!
You could make-
1. SOUP! Soup is very easy to make. All you have to do is chop up the vegetables or whatever you're putting in it and plop it in a pot on the stove. You could make potato soup, lentil soup, or whatever you like best. You could also, if you want, make some biscuits to go with it..or just slice up some bread and butter it. Here's a web site for some soup recipes. http://www.bhg.com/recipes/searchresults...
2. You could make chili! Another easy meal that goes far and the whole family will love! You can make it as spicy or mild as you want. You could serve it with rice and cheese. Here's a web site for some chili recipies. http://www.bhg.com/recipes/searchresults...
3. Spaghetti (Serve with tomatoe sauce, pesto, cheese (I like parmesan or romano), cooked vegetables, etc.
4. You could also do mexican-tacos, burritos, enchaladas, nachos. That's something very east to make and with tacos and burritos each person can prepare them themselves. They can be filled with beans, meat (chicken or beef), sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, even rice! Here's a recipe for enchiladas.

Enchiladas!!!

So easy and so delicious, not to mention cheap! (Assuming you have none of these ingredients, it's about $6 or $7 plus meat.)

1 pkg flour tortilla shells (burrito size)
Shredded cheese
Chicken or ground beef
**Enchilada sauce (2 cans)
Sour cream
Guacamole
Sliced Olives

**Pace makes a mild enchilada sauce. I have tried other "milds," but none of them were mild enough to pass the kids' taste test other than this one.

Precook meat. (Either brown your ground beef, or bake chicken. Ground beef is quickest.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x12 baking pan, pour just enough enchilada sauce to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin coating.

Take one burrito shell and make a thin line of meat about 1-2 inches from the left side of the shell, then sprinkle a handful of cheese on the top of that. Roll burrito shell and place in pan. Repeat until you have enough to feed everyone (I usually estimate 2 enchiladas per person, they are very filling.)

Next, cover enchiladas with remaining enchilada sauce. Sprinkle sheese, and olives over the top and bake about 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Prep time: 10-15 min.
Cook time: 10-12 min.

Total: 20-27 min.
