You really need to eat some vegetables and fruits. You have not had enough of these today. You also need to eat more bread so that you can get more grains. You should eat a snack before dinner of some fruit. Then you need to have a very healthy dinner.

and for dinner maybe a grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and or another vege or chicken salad
