How do you make healthy scrambled egg?!

Question:

How do you make healthy scrambled egg?

I am currently loosing weight (succesfully, thank god) and I would love to try something different. Scrambled egg on wholegrain toast for breakfast of for lunch would be filling, but as sad as it sounds, I have never made scrambled egg LOL! how do you make it? and also without butter etc... like a low fat version? Thanks guys.

Answers:
Just take a healthy spray and lightly spray the pan and then put in your beaten egg with a little pepper and little salt to taste. If you would like you can add sauted veggies to it or lowfat cheese. Put on top of toast

I use the egg substitutes that come in the carton in the dairy section. I use a small nonstick pan (helps with portion size) and cooking spray

simply shake, pour, season, stir with a spatula till done - add chopped up veggies before the eggs if you like and a sprinkle of a strong flavored cheese like Parmesan to up the flavor

well, i often do it in the microwave, in a glass bowl, the egg is rather a pain to clean out of the bowl, i use those green scratchy ocello pads, just smash the yolk, beat the eggs till they look mixed up well, and nuke about 1 minute, then you will see the egg has cooked around the edges but not in the middle, you can do up to 4 eggs like this, scrape the cooked egg off the sides, chop up and re mix and nuke another minute, repeat until they look like you got em from denny's

never use am egg substitute just because you do not know what has fallen into it while at the plant. When I make eggs I like to use evoo in my pan and I put a spoonfull of sourcream in the egg with a tablespoon of milk per egg. this cause the egg to fluff up greatly and brings a nice consistantcy to the egg

Just take any egg substitute product. Spray cooking spray on your pan. Heat up your pan and pour in the egg substitute. Add chopped up veggies and some salt and pepper. Take your wooden spoon or spatula and mix the eggs together till they are firm.

I use a little bit of olive oil, rather than butter. I dice bell pepper, onions, garlic, spinach and any other vegetable that we have. I saute them in about 2 tsp. of olive oil (I don't measure it, I just pour it in the pan.) Once the onion looks like it is getting a little translucent, I push the veggies to the outer rim of the pan, creating a circle and lower the flame way down. (I cook on a gas stove, not electric.)

I crack two eggs, but I only cook 1 of the egg yolks. Whisk them with a fork and pour them into the pan, within the veggie circle. Put some black pepper on the eggs and then let them set for a little bit.

Then I take my wooden cooking spoon and start scraping up the cooked eggs off of the pan and let the uncooked eggs flow into the open space. I try not to stir the veggies into it until they have cooked a little more, then I just move the eggs around in the pan until they cook up- not too moist looking but not too dry either.
When I get them cooked to where I like it, I put them on my plate, add some more pepper and eat!

On a side note: don't eat the toast too often. If you want to fill up, have some canadian bacon with the egg, and drink a glass of milk with your breakfast. I also drink water while I'm making my eggs. It keeps me feeling full and it helps me get in my water for the day.

Fluff up about 4 - 6 egg whites, add a dash of skim milk and then add any veggies or low fat cheeses that you like. Peppers, onions and mushrooms are great!

Spray a microwave safe bowl with butter spray and pour the eggs in. They will rise, so be careful to have a large enough bowl. Cook for about 1 minute. Then stir up. Cook another minute or two until done. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco or whatever else you like and enjoy!
