Answers:
My version of shirly temples. Get a clear glass. put some ice add some 7-up, orange juice, and then grenadine. The drink would come up having a orange layer and a red one. If you use glass, you can put a strawberry on the side.

Strawberry Daqeries (sp?) but without the alcohol. They are fruity and yummy... also just try some italian ices from a place like Ritas or Jumbos. Italian ice is a great drink that can keep you cool and you can just stick a little umbrella in it and be set.

As for displaying the food... hmm.... Maybe do it buffett style that way people can go up as they please and get what they want. Have an attractive table cloth that matches the party themes and maybe some flowers or vines inbetween the food platters.

Good luck and Happy Sweet 16 (to whomever is turning sweet 16)!

Well, for drinks you could try these sites:
Non-alcoholic drinks

Mocktails

All Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Maybe try a lemonade w/ blue food coloring to make a green "mystical" mocktail?

Now, as far as serving your food, try platters in the shape of crescent moons, or stars.

Crescent rolls or sandwiches cut into star shapes would echo this theme.

Try to find tablecloths that have moon/stars on them.

Sorry I don't have more to help, good luck though!
