Nothing, really-- they claim it's purer and has more mineral properties, but it's really just spring water from a more exotic locale. Trendy, though.

It comes from a natural aquifer in the mountains of Fiji, and it costs 5 bucks a bottle. That's what's special about it.
absolutly nothing. please claim to 'LOVE' figi "its the BEST OMG!!!' just because its expensive. but really, its WATER! it taste a little different, but its nothing special. i know people will respond to your question by saying something like 'omg its the best water ever!!!' those people need to get over themselves :]
Fiji isnt cheap first off. Apparrently Fiji doesnt ahve much pollution so the PH level in there water is lower even after they purify it so it tastes smoother, fresher, and generally better. Get some tap, aquafina (or other), and then some fiji water, put them in 3 different ""SMALL"" glasses and then tase them all FIJI RULES
it is said to have some minerals that regular water doesnt have like magnesium, zinc....etc b/c the water was purified by the hardened volcano rocks and aquafied .
Nothing. Just get other cheaper bottled water.

You know, it's weird...
Since like 10 years ago we've all started to drink bottled water of some kind. My taste for warter has actually become more acute, I think there's a definite scale of water in a bottle as far as brands go. It's just something about the taste....some can even taste metallic ot not even quench your thist.
Here's my grades of bottled water, IMO:
Fiji - 10
Evian - 9
Dasani - 7
Aquagina - 4
Ice Mountain - 2 or 1
There is a definite difference.
Besides the location that the water is found, the "special" thing about Fiji water is that it is not touched by human hand. It is just bottled from the source without any interference from peopl( besides the bottling).
