Is true that the energy drinks are bad for kidneys?!

Question:

Is true that the energy drinks are bad for kidneys?

Answers:
I doubt it, they are bad for your wallet and just a fad they are nothing more than sodas on steroids, they have much more caffeine, I suppose they could dehydrate you because they act as a diuretic, make you pee and lose liquid, So maybe they are bad for your kidneys

I hope not. I drink a Red Bull every morning

Drink too much of anything and it is bad for you.
Remember the golden rule: Everything in moderation

Depends on the brand I think - but some have larger amounts of ingredients that are bad for your heart, kidneys, etc.

well, in Red Bull's case....
people who consume the beverage in excess (more than 2-5 250 mL tins in a 24-hour period) have been known to express discomfort, such as nausea, diarrhea, stomach pains, gas, light green urine color, sleeplessness and/or fatigue when caffeine effect wears off

I hope not. I drink 2 monsters or rockstars every day.

they are hard on you just like soda, coffee or tea is bad for us.
