How does garlic ice cream taste?!

Question:

How does garlic ice cream taste?

Believe it or not, there IS such a thing! It's been served at a garlic festival that's held in California every year. I'm a huge garlic lover, so I wonder what it tastes like. Has anyone here tried it? If so, describe the taste to me!

Answers:
I am a former chef from Canada and made it for a Garlic Festival years ago at one of the places I worked at, it is hard to make it with raw garlic, I made it with roasted garlic, it mellows the flavour out and is quite nice.

You make a vanilla based ice cream, but as it starts to form a firm middle, you add the chopped roasted garlic, a bit of candied ginger with it is a nice contrast to the garlic flavour.

Whoa!!! I don't know, but they have an ice cream place at the Delaware shore that sells bacon flavored ice cream!!!

it tastes nasty believe me!
