I want to bottle a drink.....?

It contains dairy products, i read somewhere u need a food and science place to do a nutriontal value sheet as well as getting the official aged shelf life! does anyone know of any specific food and drug places that do this. also is there any specific machines that you would recommend to bottle a drink?
