i dont know what you have in your house to put together. Can you put a sandwich together, and some chips and dip???

Make a sandwich or a salad or a soup.

If you have tomatoes, cheese, bread and pepper and maybe some sort of pepperoni or bologne or salami, make a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato slices and pepperoni slices in it , its yummy.

Cereal made with chocolate milk and toast with some jelly on it. Fast, tasty, not too bad for you and easy.
Or
Cinnamon/sugar toast and a glass of juice, if you're only wanting to be held over til dinner.
