i'm baking lemon bars and i need 1/4 for the recipe however the measuring cup is only filled to half of what i need!

you can use ready made lemonade. it is easily available in the market.
use the lemon peels. Grate them into ur bowl to add the flavor

You can substitute 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice by
1/2 tsp. vinegar.
1 tsp lime juice.
Or depending on the recipe you are cooking you can use the grated rind of 1 or 2 lemons
