Where can I buy bread without yeast?!

Question:

Where can I buy bread without yeast?

Is there another name for this bread? Can anyone tell me where to get bread without yeast?

Answers:
Breads without yeast are either "unleavened", such as Swedish flat breads, or "quick breads", which use baking powder, baking soda or air to do the rising.

Quick breads are easy to make at home. Unleavened breads can be bought at most bakeries, including those in grocery stores.

Most of the breads at Panera don't have yeast. Also try organic grocery stores such as Wild Oats or Whole Foods. Breads that don't have yeast are called Artisan or unleavened breads.

most health food stores and the term is unleavened.

Breads without yeast are also called flat breads or quick breads

it is the unleavened bread in the specialty part of the store usually where the unsalted section is..you can also use bisquick and make your own...hope it helps

well you can go to a natural foods store you can find lots of good things there!
