Answers:
They are yummy!! I think they're pretty good for you.

especially good in any chinese food. here's a thought. Next time you are making stir-fry:

CUt tofu into cubes, let sit in a bowl with soysauce, stir so all parts of the tofu are exposed to the SS. Stir in ginger powder and sesame seeds. Let sit in the mixture for a few minutes then dump the whole bowl into a teflon pan either without oil, or a bit of sesame oil (heh!). Add to stir-fryed veggies, or cook with the rest of your stir-fry. (though you may want to fry the tofu a bit first, so you're sure it gets totally cooked and yummy.

yum yum!!

or...

next time you eat spring rolls, egg rolls, or asian dumplings as a side dish, dip them in the following mixture

Soy sauce
Vinegar (rice or white are good)
sesame seeds.

GREAT dipping sauce for those kinda things. Zing! ZAng! Yum!

OOOOPS!! Somehow I missed the "ground." I was thinking whole toasted Sesame seeds.

Still, you could do what I suggested, or just use it as another seasoning for any asian dish!
