Its an ice cream place in the midwest it is really really good but expensive.

Yep. There's many Whitey's in this area. Iowa/Illinois border. Quad Cities area. It's delicious. Their turtle shakes are the best.

I used to spend summers on campus at Augustana College in the Quad cities. There was a whiteys not too far from there. Their ice cream was awesome!!!
