Does freezing kill the 'living" enzymes in produce or juice?!

Question:

Does freezing kill the 'living" enzymes in produce or juice?

Answers:
I am not sure, but I don't think so.
From what I learnt in bio class, enzymes are destroyed by high heat because it disrupts their structure, hence their function. Freezing enzymes does not disrupt structure, so when the optimum temperature is provided for the enzymes they still work.

yes

orally ingets enzymes cant do anything for you ever, because they are destroyed by stomach acid. IT doesn't matter if they are intact, Enzymes are a GNC gimmick.

it should be fine, but try to freeze your own or look for frozen food with no sugar added.
