Does anyone know any good books on grilling?
For Fathers Day, I'd like to get my dad a book on grilling, not so much an instruction manual as a recipe book. Things such as different types or marinades for chicken, and various ways to cook meat and veggies on the grill. Do any of you know a good book that touches on all these bases?

Try the BBQ Queens Big Book of Bar b que by Adler and Fertig. It covers smoking, grilling, everything from fish to sauces that taste good with grilled veggies. Marinades, etc. Good book, I definitely recommend it, and it's very thorough.
