Answers:
Yeah, you could use a bottled salad dressing like Sassy said, but that's not the most flavorful.

Use olive oil, just a small amount of vinegar, and add spices to your liking. This can be anything you can think of, but try starting with spice mixes like Emeril's or some blackened or Cajun spices. Also try lemon pepper. The choices are endless!!!!

You should use enough oil to liberally coat the chicken (I'm assuming skinless breasts here...) and so that you have a bit extra that you can spoon or brush over however much chicken you have. Let that sit at room temp for about 30-60 minutes, turning the pieces over a few times to get even coverage.

Then bake at 350 degrees until the meat is cooked all the way through. The olive oil should help keep the chicken moist while baking. You can also try using a George Foreman grill, or just a good old fashioned barbecue!

Don't limit yourself to just chicken -- try also with salmon or any other type of fish. Also use with beef, pork, etc.

Good Luck!!!

Use bottled italian dressing.

GOYA ADOBO! Sprinkle it on, along with some EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and marinate for at least 2 hours. For some more flavor, add some chopped garlic and oregano.

It depends what you are marinading with and how much of that flavor you want absorbed into it. You can get bottles of marinarying sauces of different kinds at your local grocery stores. Place your chicken in either a zip lock bag or a container with a lid. then pour the sauce over it. You can either let it sit for 30 minutes if its a quick meal or you can even do an over night but make sure you place it in the refrigerator while it sits.

Use goya, sazon, and teriyaki sauce. Marinade it the night before u want to cook it and leave it in the fridge. Take it out the next day so that all the spices can savor in the chicken and it will be the best tasting chicken u've ever tasted.

well it depends on what you plan on using the chiken for (fried, baked, grilled what?!) usually marinade overnight. mustard goes great with chicken, lemon juice, soy sauce, you can really use anything! Just throw it all (spices and raw chicken) in a bowl or ziplock bag overnight :)

Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing. Yummy!

Put in a covered glass bowl with you marinade sauce for 1/2 day - to 1 day. If you have a salty sauce, it should only take about an hour or 2. Put in fridge to keep cool during marinading.
