get water from a tap, squeeze your own juice,i posted a similar question to nutritionists, but none answered.if u drink an actimel,2 knorr vie and a danecol yogurt and an innocent smoothie(i prefer the mango)then u shouldn't have to eat anything if u believe what they say?but how good is it in the long term? do they care about or health or their wealth?i think the later,u?good question

RIP off

I've been drinking waterjuice for years and years. After a workout I swill the stuff down.
But buy it? Are you kidding?
That stuff is SUCH a major rip off it's ridiculous!
How can the manufacturers sleep at night?
.

im my opinion they are not rip offs. if you think that a small bottle may have 1 banana 1/4 pineapple and the juice of cocounut. this would cost at least 1pound to make. and then think they must put a reasonlabe mark up on to make profit to cover all shipping cost etc. the cartons are very good value.

i think bottled water is a rip off
cause you can get water for free at home so why pay money for it when your out and about.

My opinion changed after watching only fools and horses ... Peckham spring water anyone?
