Random stranger, what sustenance will you choose to fill your stomach with tonight?


Answers:
I have a roasted chicken in the oven now. I am making twiced baked potatoes, stuffed artichokes and corn on the cob on the grill and garlic knots

POT STICKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT

Homemade shrimp fried rice.

Leftovers, grilled pork chops, green beans, corn, salad and new potatoes

Chicken Cacciatore over white rice and salad on the side.

Grilled red snapper, grilled asparagus, squash, bell pepper tossed with sun-dried tomato couscous and a balsamic vinaigrette, and a nice Riesling. U?

What Im having tonight for dinner is Hot Dogs mixed with Baked/Big Beans.Or you can just have it by itself.Either way its good! Try it!!

Chicken Enchilada Skillet

1 tablespoon oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut bite-sized
1 14.5oz. can fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons flour
6 flour tortillas, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded four cheese
1/2 cup salsa

Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended; gradually add to chicken, stirring constantly. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 minutes. Add tortillas; stir to combine.

Sprink with cheese; cover. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa.
