Did i eat a lot today?
breakfast: a bowl of kashi go lean crunch w/ skim milk & some watermelon.
lunch: sub w/ ham, lettuce, and mustard. & some sun flower seeds.
snack: apple & water.
later i might have something to eat & some coffee, but i dont know what to eat?
was there too many carbs in what i ate? did i eat a lot or not enough? any advice...

Sounds fine to me as long as you took some time between eating the kashi go lean and your lunch, Because that cereal is really filling! Dont worry about the carbs, I'm a carbohollic who's totally against adkins diet because Basically all I eat is carbs and all my friends say i'm as skinny as a stick lol. But It all sort of comes down to your metabolism. Guide yourself accordingly! Best of wishes! xx miki
