Why are energy drinks bad for you?!

Question:

Why are energy drinks bad for you?

Answers:
Most are bad for you, because of the high sugar and or high caffeine levels. I would suggest you never drink more than 8oz at anyone time, and to space them out throughout the day. If you need to drink them back to back, then you are not getting anything from them. I like XS because of it has no sugar, and caffeine levels that are the same as a cup of coffee. They give you energy with B12 vitamins at levels greater than the 24oz cans.

The caffeine and ingredients make your heart beat increase, but they're okay if you drink them in moderation. I have 2 monsters a day and I'm perfectly fine. Or at least my docter says i am.

If you have a healthy heart they aren't. Unless you drink too many per day of course, but that goes for anything, even too much water can kill you.

Many are loaded with sugar's or sweetners and Caffine.

Just plain old H2O is the best or at least for me it is quenches my thirst and adds no calories and when your hot and sweaty that cold water does taste so so very good.

they can increase your heart rate to dangerous levels where it may start to have palpitations. then you would experience serious chest pains. they also make drinking normally caffinated drinks less effective, so you wouldn't get anything out of drinking caffine unless you had huge amounts of it in another energy drink.

they have a look of caffeine in them which is not good for your body in large doses.
water is better or try something like Gatorade or Powerade.
