We love this recipe!

Country White Bread

2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (110 degrees to 115 degrees)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups of flour; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down. Divide in half and shape into loaves. Place in two greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to cool on wire racks.

I don't have the recipe w/ me but the one I used all the time was the Bread Recipe in the Betty Crocker cook book.
The one that is red and white checkered.
Lost my cook book when I was moving and just have not had the chance to by another one but you can find one in any store that sells books.

For a medium 1 1/2 lb. loaf: in a bread machine
generous 1 1/2 c. water
4 1/2 c. unbleached white bread flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T. granulated sugar
2 T. butter
1 1/2 t. rapid rise active dry yeast
unbleached white bread flour for dusting

Pour the water into the bread machine pan. However, if the instructions for the machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in thepan first, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.

Sprinkle the flour over, ensuring that it covers the water. Add the salt, sugar, and butter in separate corners of the pan. Make a shallow indentation in the center of the flour but not down as far as the liquid, and add the yeast. Set machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust. Press start.

Remove the bread at the end of the baking cycle and turn out onto a wire rack to cool.

To give the crust a richer golden appearance, add nonfat, fey milk to the flour. For a med. loaf use 1 1/2 T.

Sure Ive sold over 5000 loaves with this recipe.

3/4 stick of margarine melted
3 cups of very warm water
2 T dry Yeast
Add all 3 together!!
1.5 cups sugar more or less (we like more!)
add this all in large mixing bowl
then add 2 Cups milk
Now you are ready to start adding flour
I use Pillsbury Bread Flour
make sure you are using a very large bowl.
Start with about 4 cups of flour and start stirring
now add 1 cup at a time until your dough is sticky
when you dough feels like you could pour it out of the bowl place about 2 more cups of flour on table go ahead and start to knead the dough. keep adding a little flour at a time you will use about 14 to 15 cups of flour in all!!! knead dough for about 5 min. place in large bowl that you have greased with margarine. let it sit for about 1 hour our until double in size. after it has risen punch it down and you are ready to make loaves, rolls or anything you wish!!! You can add Raisins and Cinnamon, or roll out flat and add Margarine and Garlic.
Now let the dough rise again about 1 hour or until doubled again.
This is my Very Own Recipe!!

Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 min. The bread with taped on bottom should sound hollow.

Enjoy!!!!
