Peanut butter cookies with large Hershey's kisses pressed into the top are delicious! I believe you could buy refrigerated cookie dough for this, which would be super easy! Also, chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips would be good. Brownies with peanut butter frosting. Ummmmm, I am making myself hungry.

Let cool until barely warm, but still liquid.

Scrape melted chocolate into a large bowl. Add peanut butter, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Mix instant coffee with hot water until completely dissolved. Add coffee to the chocolate peanut butter mixture until combined.

Scrape into glass jars with tight seals. Serve as a spread with cookies, crackers, or toast or use as a filling for cakes.

How about a NO BAKE

Peanut Butter Balls
Yields 75 balls

3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups peanut butter
3 ? cups rice crispies
1 stick butter (softened)

Mix above ingredients and form into balls. Place in freezer for at least 10 minutes (I leave mine in overnight).

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate bar
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
? slab paraffin

Melt above ingredients together. Using 2 forks roll the balls in the chocolate mixture. Place back in freezer for at least 5 minutes. At this point I put mine in zip loc bags and leave in freezer (they defrost quickly, and they taste great frozen as well).

If you can find almond bark, it works fine, and check at Sam’s for Candiquick. It works great and comes with chocolate and vanilla.
