What is the best dirnk to detox your system?!

Question:

What is the best dirnk to detox your system?

I know water and green tea and cranberry juice all work but what else?

Answers:
I'd honestly say that green tea would be your best option.

Water, water, and water...

the 3 drinks you mentioned are the best methods of detoxing with out using supplements.
coffee is another great form of antioxidants.

Hair of the dog...

Sekanjabin

Mix water with a little vinegar. Cider vinegar tastes good enough, but plum-wine vinegar is even better. Add honey to taste.

Think of it as a Middle-Eastern lemonade. You're drinking mostly water, some acid (vinegar instead of lemon juice), and some sugar (from honey instead of cane).

Green tea is good, but white tea is better. It also has a much more mild flavor than green tea, which to me tends to be bitter. A very simple drink is water (hot or cold) with lots of fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice is great a detoxifying the liver.

If you're serious about doing a detox, go on a fast. Even fasting for just one day can help the body tremendously. When fasting, start drinking a master cleanse solution of:
*8 oz. distilled water
*juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
*1-2 tablespoons of grade C maple syrup (found in health food stores- NOT the "Mrs. Buttersworth" variety)
* a shake or two of red cayenne pepper (work up to 1/4 tsp. of the pepper per 8 oz. of water). Cayenne dilates the capillaries for better cleansing

Drink at least 10 eight ounce glasses of this mixture for each day you fast- if you can sip it constantly during the day, even better. Either way, consume at least 80 ounces, plus all the regular water you want, but don't drink chlorinated tap water- the idea is to detoxify the body, not add chemicals. The Grade C maple syrup is the most pure, and will help keep your blood sugar levels elevated.

I heard beet juice is good for the liver.

Pomogranite Juice (pure drink, not the ade) and lots and lots of water.

Water and time.

Milk Thistle supplement or if you're talking alcohol then Revive by Fifth Element Labs
