"Fat Tuesday Food?"?!

Question:

"Fat Tuesday Food?"?

Just out of curiousity, what exactly is this food called a "panch-key" or "poonch-key?"

Where could you get them?

What flavors do they come in?

I apologize for not knowing how to spell it out (lol)

Do I have that food attached to the right holiday at least ? :)

Answers:
Pastry that's really high in calories. They have different fillings, frosting or a heavy dusting of powdered sugar. Very sweet. Some look like donuts and others are like coffee cake. They are sold in regular bakery/pastry shops, common in polish bakeries. I'm not sure if you can get them all yaer round but, you're right about the holiday.
